The Steel Ball Run race, a race across America for $50,000,000. You, along with every other spectator, were eager to see how the race would turn out. Maybe someone like Urmd Abdul or Mountain Tim would win, or possibly an underdog like Pocoloco or that Gyro Zeppeli character.

But out of the corner of your eye, you see a man on the floor, bloodied and battered, attempting to mount a horse. With the wheelchair that was on the floor next to him, you can guess that he's paralyzed from the waist down. He attempts to grab one of the stirrups on the saddle to pull himself up, but the horse thrashes him away into a fence, lodging a large stick in his calf. After a moment of hesitation, you decide to approach him and offer some help. However, when his eyes meet yours, you're greeted with a spiteful glare.
