The gumboot just lays there on a large, bumpy rock covered in some loose seaweed and clams on the shore of the northern pacific ocean.

It doesn't seem to be doing anything... then again, it's a gumboot. What did you think it was going to do? sprout wings and charge at you?

It was a light hue of red mixed with deeper shades of brown. It almost looked like an alien creature... could it be...? Nah, there's no way, it's just a gumboot... just a regular gumboot.
