His muse tended to get impatient and annoyed when things took away from the portal's progress.

Currently, he was wandering the school's halls, as the building itself was almost like a maze to him and any new comer who didnt know where to go. He was trying to get a feel for the lay out of the massive high school. A massive school for a small town.
