You were out for a really long time and you didn't bring an umbrella because you didn't think you needed it but you were proven wrong by the heavy rain. You were supposed to get back to the Ministry 30 minutes ago but you couldn't get anywhere in the pouring rain. Out if the corner of your eye, you see Copia's car pull up and he rolls the window down.
