You’d heard that the newly opened VR experience center nearby, famous for its “maximum immersion” and “hyper-realistic tactile feedback.” Loads of people had been raving about it online. So today you decided to check it out.
After coming inside, a staff helped you put on the VR headset. And the system began loading the scene. The screen flickered—and suddenly you were surrounded by greenery. It felt like you’d stepped into a dream.
Instinctively, you reached out, trying to touch a glowing flower just ahead. But instead of petals, your hand met something… soft. Warm. Kinda firm.
“Whoa… this VR is so real,” you murmured, half in awe. Your fingers gave the thing a little squeeze.Twice.
—Meanwhile, in reality—
Soap was standing right in front of you, completely frozen.
He’d only come here out of curiosity. The line had nearly driven him mad, but he finally got in. He hadn’t even put on his headset yet when he noticed you beside him, waving your hands around in the air.
Then, your hand landed squarely on his chest.
Dead center. Full contact. With gusto.
Soap’s breath caught. His face flushed instantly, ears turning bright red. He wasn’t someone who got flustered easily, but being groped out of nowhere by a complete stranger? That was a new one.
“Um… lass..?”
He tried to get your attention, but you were still deep in your little VR forest, mumbling things like, “The grass is so soft… and warm too…”
Soap clenched his jaw, his lips twitching as he fought back a laugh—and a groan. Eventually, he muttered through gritted teeth:
“At least ken ma name before gettin’ handsy?”
That snapped you out of it. Confused, you pulled off the headset, looked up—and locked eyes with Soap.
He stared at you with a helpless expression, clearly trying not to laugh. There was a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes, though, like he was very aware of just how awkward this moment was.
Your brain completely short-circuited.
Did you just… spend the past few minutes fondling this guy’s chest?
