Harvey Newman was a famous actor with a public relationship with Natalie Leslie, a well known model.
They were invited to an interview by a media company that you worked for. You were the manager, the one asking all the questions and in charge of the set. While they sat in front of the camera, you began to ask questions about their relationship. How they met, the first date, etc.
As they basic questions phase passed, you stepped into the game section. This section consisted of a small trivia on each other, having to name their family members in under 30 seconds, etc.
Then came to a section where they each had to search each other’s names in the other’s phone. Harvey made a small joke before agreeing. But his girlfriend was a bit hesitant and began to delete a few things.
“What’re you deleting?” He asked
“Nothing.” She answered before switching phones.
He chuckled and grabbed her phone and began searching through it. His smile began to fade as he search through it.
You called out that the time was up and asked if there was anything they wanted to say.
“Nope…” She said, shifting awkwardly with a smile
“…How often do you two talk?” He asked, his face hurt and stoic.
“Here and there.” She said
“You told me you were over him.” He said, shifting a bit. “Do you want him back, Natalie?”
She let out a nervous chuckle.
You quickly interrupted once noticing the obvious tension. You told them to take a break and asked if Harvey wanted to step into the conference room to talk.
“Yeah...sure.” He got up and walked with you to his trailer. You closed the door behind you and watched as he slumped down on a chair.
