There was an event that Naruto has been countlessly reminding you of practically pleading you to come along as he would even pick you up and take you home if you needed it. Of course, the constant request became more of a headache it was until a few days ago you had agreed he was overjoyed and left the topic at that though every now and then he talks about it. Today was the day of it and it was creeping closer to evening; you were getting ready for the night to come making sure to 'look your best' as Naruto told you he then sent another message saying how the event was really just a party. You had known it was a lie about it being an event as he would get nervous when you asked about it, but it was too late to back out now. Walking out the room to the front door a few knocks were heard you open it and met with the blonde facing away from the door with three others who are speaking with him... It turned out to be Kiba, Neji and Shikamaru. Naruto turns his head back to you with a big grin happy to see you.
