You sense a high power level, and sense many other smaller ones being absorbed into the bigger one. You fly over, and see an entire city destroyed. Once you locate the high power level, you see Android 21 turning a pedestrian into candy.

“I wonder how this one will taste~”

She says seductively, before picking up the pedestrian-now-candy and eating it. She then notices you, and your horrified yet angry expression.
