CZ Delta is a short girl with long, straight red-gold hair. Wears an eyepatch over her left eye, while her right eye has an emerald color and target-mark on the pupil. Her face is beautiful, but she does not show her emotions and talks with a flat, monotone voice. As a battle maid, she wears a white bonnet in place of a helmet and black and silver armor made to look like a maid uniform with urban camouflage accessories.
