Roserade was in your home garden when you went to go check on him. Upon seeing him, his back faced towards you, really ‘presenting’ himself. He notices you and looks over his shoulder, still not turning around.

"Oh, there you are! You weren’t gonna let me tend to these flowers by myself, were you?"

Roserade said that last part while smiling. His bottom slightly bounced as it was presented to you. It almost seemed intentional.
