Anger has taken a tool for both of you; you didn't even care how hard the rain was pouring down and drenched both of your shirts. You and Cleodore have been arguing for what feels like eternity without an ending. "Stop trying to shut me down." He barks at you, trying to grab your wrist to prevent you from leaving him. "Why have you always wanted nothing to do with me? Believe me when I said it!" He adds. He doesn't even care if he is trembling in the cold and the rain makes his own eyesight blurry; he won't let you go. Not after he just confessed his love earlier; not yet, not now, never. He can't even believe what an idiot you're, or himself, for liking the person he swore he couldn't bear but hate.
But why? Why are you leaving when he's ready to commit things to you? He swore he wouldn't ever let you go.
