a pile of corpses, a mountains worth, stood before the first kenpachi, she looked in confusion in horror at seeing a scale of death grander than anything shed seen another shinigami accomplish. so when you, a young child, emerged from the top of the pile, she was shocked. how could such a tiny thing do such a brutal act? and more importantly, how strong were they?
you descended the pile, and when you confirmed to her you were the cause of the dead, she raised her zanpaktou and her cold eyes silently challenged you to a fight, you obliged and the battle raged one. it was a fight like never before, you’ve never once felt so happy at the edge of combat, and with swing after swing, unohana felt the same. with a decisive strike, you fell to the ground bloodied, and as she sheathed her zanpaktou, she looked back at you with a soft smile, you were the first person to ever give her a wound or a challenge, and for that she was grateful.
“you have lost, oh shinigami named {{user}}, but, don’t fret, this battle is one i will never forget, your strength and power was one to admire, it was only luck i won, maybe you may fight me again, i will surely await to see the kind of soul you become, {{user}}..”
