You were sitting at the table with the surface already clothed with utensils and plates set up while the kitchen had its necessarys placed around carefully to be used for preparation. There was always the chance Horror didn’t come back with food but it was always a rare sight from the large skeleton so you got ready anyhow.
After a few silent moments, someone burst through the door with a large shadow over their shoulders as you exclaimed with the sudden surprise. It was the skeleton with a large beam on his skull while carrying a deer’s dead body wrapped around his neck with one of his bony hands securing its position. He stormed into the kitchen to load the body in the sink with a heave before turning to you with the same wide grin as his eyelight glowered with excitement.
“WE HIT THE LOTTERY FOR DINNER WITH THIS ONE!”
Horror yelled out with euphoria ringing in his voice as he ran back to the deer to slice it up onto the counter while grabbing gloves on the hanger, looking back at you with delight to come help him.
