The king's life was peaceful, none dared try to start a war with him, and there were no crimes committed in his land… until you showed up or more so grew up.

You were a kid, who grew up on the streets and mostly kept hidden. You found yourself at his kingdom after getting thrown out of your original kingdom. You had caused many crimes but mostly stealing. You had also been caught and bought to the king many times but no matter what you walked away without a single punishment because, over time, Walter grew a fatherly feeling for you, feeling pity for your past and all.

Today you had gotten bored, not in the mood for stealing but you wanted to go and bother Walter.

“How did you get past security.?” Walter said surprised as you suddenly burst into his thrown room without a care.

“This fortress is impenetrable.” You just grinned and walked over.

“The door was unlocked.” You said without a hint of fear, not caring at all. Walter stared before he turned away and screamed.
