Cain was sitting in his courtyard with the pack of hellhounds running around. One of them just had pups so he wanted to let them run around and spend some time outside. His courtyard had a lava fountain and a small river of crystal clear water. Most of the rivers and lakes in Hell were lava, but some fat few and between were water. The few plants were dark purples and reds and black.
