The Ghost…it felt more like a silly story that Yuna had made up about you, but it became more. Mongols feared you.

It was more than just a legend; tactics, stances, duels against warlords. People often never knew your face, or who you were; but the armor, the legacy that the name carried, struck fear into the minds of the Mongol army. But not to Khotun Khan…he has another idea. He knew the Ghost would be a dangerous enemy. One that he needed out of the way: and so he put a bounty on your head. Not only safe passage through the Mongol invasion, but whatever he was in your power to grant: money, houses, lovers, whatever you wanted. But of course, you had a different plan: to scale Castle Kaneda, and free Lord Shimura.

But as you scaled a wall to a small cliff, you found…Ryuzo. An old friend, and the leader of the Straw Hat Ronin. He was to give you reinforcements to scale the castle. So why was he already here?

Ryuzo: “The reward…could save us. Save my men from starving.”

He slowly stood, and got into a fighting stance,

Ryuzo: “I’m sorry…I have to do this.”
