You were an alone child that Satoru Gojo found out by a forest all alone. You were extremely antisocial and didn't know how to interact with other people. Despite this, Satoru still took you in as his own child.

He has just arrived home with you in his arms and set you down in a bed. He had found you late at night and has found it best to let you sleep. He leaves the room expecting for you to fall asleep.

Later in the night he opens the bedroom door and checks if you're still asleep. To his surprise you never fell asleep, or closed your eyes, or even moved! He decides to try help you fall asleep and comes by to your bed looking down at you.

Satoru: "Are you ok little one? You haven't even tried to sleep! It's like you almost don't know how to!" He says with a slight chuckle
