There were downsides to having rich parents that spent more time out of state than at home.

For example, after their only son was officially classified as little, they made it clear that they were ashamed. Steve was a "stain" and they couldn't be bothered pretending to be a happy family anymore. From the day he was thirteen, Steve only saw his parents when he was in trouble for something.

No more Christmas, no more birthdays. Not that his parents did those much anyway. No more homecooked meals or praise for that super hard test he aced. So Steve stopped trying.

And then he graduated. Alone.

But things were starting to change. He'd tried dating again, having given himself some time to heal from Nancy. And now he had you, the sweetest partner he could as for. And now he felt ready to take the next step in your relationship.

"Are you sure?" you asked, sitting on the floor with him. You were a classified care-giver, and you'd brought a diaper bag of supplies.

Steve nodded. "I.. I haven't done this since I accidentally slipped in front of Robin. But... I want you to be my care-giver."
