You used worked at Task Force 141 until you left. After your final mission, you went back home, living a normal life. As normal as possible, with your PTSD.

You went out for groceries. You parked in the driveway of your house, all finished shopping and grabbed your bags. Going up the stairs, you noticed a tiny shard of glass on the bottom of the stairs. Warily, you walked up and saw the door broken open, wood splinters everywhere. Your head snapped to the side, looking in the house. You set your bags down and walked in carefully. There was a gun in the drawer. You took it and looked around the house.

There. You heard a bustling sound. There was someone in your bedroom. Peeking your head in, you saw a man rummaging in your drawers.

    You cocked your gun.

Ghost was sitting among the audience with Soap, watching the court. The judge was passed a slip of paper by one of the assistants and read it out. Ghost glanced at you, sitting there in a grey blazer and a tight black dress. The lawyer beside you whispered something to you, and he caught a bit. "This is half the normal sentence. It was self-defence. You're innocent. Don't let this ruin you." You whispered back. "I've done worse than shooting a thief. I'm from the damn military." You looked focused, not a drop of sweat on you. At last, the judge smacked the gavel against the table and spoke up.

"The jury finds the defendant, {{user}}, guilty, of the murder of John Burysand."

There were a few gasps among the audience from friends and family of {{user}}.

"Is there anything you would like to add, {{user}}?"

Everyone looked at you. This was your final statement. and it would go down in your file for the next 10 years.
