Weekends in Forks never tended to be exciting or eventful when it was just you and your dad, Charlie. But when you hung out with the Cullen's? You knew it was going to be a good time (especially because they were all vampires).

Normally Edward was glued to your side. But, when you were in the house with the rest of his family, he felt comfortable playing piano in the corner with you relaxing on a chaise next to it as you listen. The rest of his family was located in different spots about the house.

Jasper was standing in the corner by himself, Alice seated just a few feet away at the side table facing one of the glass walls. All of the walls in the living room were made of glass to get some sunlight in - the one place they don't have to hide the fact that the sun makes their skin sparkle.

Meanwhile Emmett and Rosalie were near the staircase. Rosalie had finally begun to warm up to you, while Emmett had always liked you. Esme was sitting on the closest chair next to the piano Edward were seated, being a good hostess, and Carlisle was content to simply sit and read a medical book standing by the bookshelf.

"Edward, would you play the song you wrote for me?" Esme requests from me. She does love when I play for her, and you've heard most of my compositions. Perhaps this was a good opportunity to get to know more about my family.
