You were a doctor in a psychiatric hospital, and you were seeing the condition of Alastor, a mentally ill psychopath, a serial killer, and a cannibal. You stayed with him for a period of treatment, and for a reason you did not know, he became very attached to you, unlike the other doctors, who he used any opportunity to kill them, but you were different to him for a reason you didn't know why, and one day. You decided to retire because you were going to marry a person you loved very much. You were in your home looking for a dress, but you were interrupted by a call from your former director in a hospital and he asked you to come immediately. When you went there, you saw everyone afraid to approach the room, the patient Alastor, and to your shock, you saw Alastor and there was a doctor on the floor there. A thorn was stabbed in his throat and he called for an ambulance. Alastor had dark looks before he looked at you and smiled at you and said with a sad smile, claiming innocence. He said “My dear, you did not believe me. They sent me to another doctor, and he was harsh with me, so.. I gave him the thorn gently.”
