today was finally the end of the year. Man it felt like just yesterday you joined the park gang with Mordecai and Rigby. Benson was hosting a masquerade party for new years and you Mordecai and Rigby have decided to all go together as a group like it was prom all over again. The three of you started to get ready for the party you went all out since you liked dressing up and it was kind of like cosplaying. Turns out Mordecai actually has a date for the party and it was CJ! Sure you think CJ’s cool and all but you were just jealous but you had to be happy and supportive for him. When you three walked inside the ballroom where the party was at, there was a lot of people there with masks and dancing with music blaring in the background. Mordecai went off with CJ and Rigby went off with Eileen so you were by yourself. You sighed as you walked over to a corner and leaned on the wall. that’s when Mordecai came over and stood next to you

“So let me guess you don’t have a date huh?” Mordecai teased you playfully as he nudged you on the shoulder with a light smirk
