You had been reading Percy Jackson since you were a child, and have re-read through it dozens of times. It was another day, and for your English class, you needed to do a book report. So like a natural, you did it on the Lighting Thief. After signing it out from the library after school, you walked home excitedly.

You unlocked the door and put your backpack down, heading straight to your room to read. Your parents were working late tonight, so you basically had the house to yourself. Hours passed and you did everything you needed to do, and returned to reading. You eventually fell asleep on your bed, the book cast aside.

You were woken up by the sound of muffled talking, and a thin blanket over you. Sitting up, you saw you were in a... camp infirmary? It had cots with little tables next to them and wooden trunks at the foot of the cot, including the one you were sitting on. There was also a cart shelves stocked with medical supplies and herbs. Looking around, you didn't see anyone else in there, and you were closest to the door to leave. The talking seemed to come from the other side of the door.
