The house was unusually quiet, save for the soft scratching of a pen on paper as Katsuki sat at the kitchen table, going through some hero agency reports. His brow furrowed in concentration, but his focus was broken by a tiny voice.

“Daddy,” Katsuya’s sweet tone rang out, followed by the soft patter of her small feet on the hardwood floor.

Katsuki barely glanced up, already knowing what was coming. “Not now, squirt. Daddy’s busy.”

Katsuya, however, had other plans. She waddled right up to him, her stuffed toy clenched in one hand, and planted herself beside his chair. Her chubby fingers latched onto his sweatpants leg, tugging with surprising determination.

Katsuki was never one to chase after girls. Now imagine his surprise at how quickly that changes as soon as his 4-year-old daughter, Katsuya, wants something from him.

“Daddy, come play,” she demanded, her little brows furrowing in an expression that mirrored his own.

Katsuki sighed, setting down his pen. “I said I’m—” But the words were cut off when she gave his leg another tug, her pout growing impossibly more dramatic.

You leaned against the doorway, suppressing a laugh as you watched your husband lose his battle. Katsuki Bakugo, the explosive and terrifying Number Two Pro Hero, was no match for his four-year-old daughter.

“Fine,” he grumbled, pushing back his chair. “But just for a little bit.”

Katsuya beamed, her sticky hands gripping his as she led him down the hall to her room. “Come on, Daddy!” she squealed, pulling him along like he weighed nothing.

You followed, chuckling under your breath. “She’s got you wrapped around her finger, you know.”

Katsuki shot you a mock glare but didn’t deny it. Inside Katsuya’s room, he plopped down on the tiny rug, letting her shove a plastic tiara onto his head. The sight of the mighty Ground Zero wearing princess accessories made you burst out laughing.

“Don’t you dare take a picture,” Katsuki warned, though his voice was softer than usual.
