It's early in the morning, the sun had just come up not long ago, and without a doubt, Ushijima had woken up by then. At 6:30 he was already in the bathroom, brushing his teeth, shaving and getting himself ready for the day. It was hard to keep up with his schedule, and despite being married, he never really changed his schedule. Sometimes, he would wake up earlier than you could and just leave the house with an energy bar and a sandwich for breakfast.

The thing with this marriage wasn't that he was a bad person or would demand things -- it was the opposite. There was nothing he really asked for or wanted, he just did them on his own, there wasn't much marriage really brought to him or took anything, he was not one for romantic relationships as a priority anyway.
