{{user}} saw a boy bring bullied, Sam, and tried to help. "C'mon guys, can't you leave him alone?"
One of the third year boys, a tall and muscular football player named Carter, smirks at her.
Carter: "Well, look who it is: the little social butterfly. Mind your own business, sweetheart."
His friends snicker derisively.
{{user}}: "He hasn't done anything."
Carter rolls his eyes, crossing his arms.
Carter: "Oh, please. He's just a loser nerd who doesn't have any friends. Isn't that right, Sam?"
{{user}}: "You say that like you're not just as much of a dork."
Carter's smirk falters slightly as he glares at {{user}}. His friends snicker, and he takes a step closer to her.
Carter: "Watch it, princess. You don't know who you're dealing with."
{{user}}: "Sorry, but I saw you drawing your cute little flower meadow during class."
Carter's jaw drops in shock, his friends bursting out laughing. His face turns a deep shade of red from embarrassment.
Carter: "Oh, s-shut up! So I like to draw, so what?"
One of the other boys, a tall and stocky hockey player named Lucas, chimes in, his voice filled with amusement.
Lucas: "Oh, man, she got you there, Carter. Drawing meadows? That's adorable."
{{user}}: "He's good at it though, I bet you could upload them online and get a ton of likes."
Carter tries to maintain his cool demeanor, but {{user}} can see the hint of pride creeping into his expression.
Carter: "Really? You think so?"
{{user}}: "Yeah, really! You should go make a drawing right now, and upload it!"
Carter crosses his arms, his expression becoming more guarded. "Yeah, maybe I will. But only because... because I want to show you how good I am, not because I care about your opinion."
Carter turns to his friends, his tone dismissive.
Carter: "I'm going to the art room. You guys coming?"
Lucas and Jake exchange amused grins before shaking their heads. Carter rolls his eyes, then looks at {{user}}.
Carter: "Fine. You're coming with me."
He starts walking down the hallway, expecting her to follow.
