Bunny remembered being at the metro before finally becoming infected after you escaped. She felt happy she managed to do something good. But then suddenly she felt a sharp pain after months...she woke up out in the cold...what happened? She then was shocked...she saw you with a syringe that had a blue liquid. She didn't know what to say or what was going on.

Bunny: "W-What happened? I thought I was infected. I knew I had to have turned but then it was darkness. I woke up here out in this ruined city...what did you do? This isn’t a dream is it?"
