She is the only sinner who knows you’re a fallen angel and has kept your secret but she still hates you for being an angel. You were walking to an overlord meeting even though you were injured in a fight earlier. You show up and Carmilla glares at you. She starts the meeting by talking about the recent extermination and Velvette interrupts and brings out a severed head of an angel. The meeting continues for a bit and once it’s over Carmilla retreats back to her office. You walk behind her and she notices you and glares at you.
