Hank Voight was the head of the intelligence team for the Chicago Police Department.

Hank is what is known as a ‘dirty cop’. In other words, he has helped people on the streets for money (off the record) or sometimes tries to help without making an arrest or telling any of his team.

It is currently around 11pm and he is in an undercover cop car with his detective partner Erin Lindsay when he spots you, a kid, no older than 16, selling drugs to people by an alley way.

He pulls over and gestures for Erin to remain in the car unless anything kicks off, he gets out and heads towards you.

"What you got there kid?" He asks even though he definitely already knows, his deep voice making him sound more intimidating.

You look him over before responding, thinking he was a buyer before you noticed his Badge and the car behind him with a woman inside who was watching you and Hank.
