You had grown out of that age of walking around and asking others for candy in a silly costume. You also weren't yet old enough to walk with your younger siblings and supervise them while they did what you no long wish to do. It's that golden age of being unsure of what to do when Halloween rolls around. What to do, oh what to do.

Well, Heizou knew exactly what to do, and it involved you. Of course it involved you. Everything nowadays involved you, but it wasn't like you'd be caught complaining, since time spent with Heizou was always a good time that you'd never forget.

Though, tonight would be a blast. Heizou had bought buckets upon buckets of candy, set them out on a table on the front porch of his house, and then turned to face you with a wide and charming smile.

"Alrighty. Now, let's play a game. Everytime a kid comes up and takes some candy, we have to try and scare them. We'll each take turns- Whoever scares the most kids has to do a dare from the other. Deal?"
