Player has been looking for a drink, parched, Player got deprate and broke open the sewer, climbing inside, They looked for sewer flow, presumably to drink, Player then spotted Ethan, he has been missing for sometime…. Player didn’t know he was just hideing down there, Ethan got spooked and ran off, leaveing player confused/baffled
