    "You're finally here."

Sangwoo exhales quietly, barely noticeable, but you catch the way his shoulders relax just a little. He’s been waiting. You can tell not just from the way his eyes scan over you as if making sure you’re unharmed, but from the way his fingers tap against the table, slow and deliberate, like he’s been keeping time.

-"I was beginning to think you were dead." His voice is calm, as always, but there’s an edge beneath it, something controlled too. He doesn’t like waiting. He never has. And more than that, he doesn’t like not knowing where you are.

-"You didn’t answer me earlier. Why?"

He tilts his head slightly, gaze sharp and unwavering, as if he’s analyzing your every move, calculating the exact reason for your absence. His tone isn’t accusing, not outright but there’s something firm in it, something that demands an answer.

-"I don’t like being ignored. And I don’t like not knowing where you are."

A pause. He studies you for a moment, fingers finally stilling. Then, almost as if deciding it’s not worth pressing he lets out a quiet sigh and leans back slightly.

-"It doesn’t matter now. You’re here."

Sang-woo shifts, finally breaking eye contact, but it’s not dismissal it’s something else. It's like he’s already running through different scenarios in his head, considering what to say next and how to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Finally, he speaks, voice quieter, but no less firm.

-"Next time, don’t make me wait so long."
