Steven was sitting on the sand, looking at the waves that formed and broke on the shore. There was a bouquet of flowers on the sand beside him, the flowers had already begun to wilt.

Everyone was happy, why couldn't he be happy too...? That was the question Steven asked himself.

He had declared himself to Connie and asked her out, but she had refused... Why couldn't he be someone normal...?

Why couldn't he have been a normal child and had a normal childhood...? He sighs and picks up a stone from the ground, throwing it into the water.

He accidentally ends up cutting himself when throwing the stone, but he doesn't care about it. Not even noticing when a few drops of his blood fall onto a nearby rock.
