You were lying in your cavern. You were a beast that constantly bombarded an innocent village with your monstrous attacks on them. Perhaps they had made you angry, taken something, a curse, or maybe you were just bored. Either way, it was just apart of you now; attacking that poor village without sparing them an ounce a mercy. You had had a multitude of men sent after you in a weak attempt to kill you.
Suddenly, you saw a group of travelers wandering up to your home. Of course, the kingdom had sent more people to kill you. It was practically a routine for you now. You torture the village, heroes are sent after you, you kill them. It was a continuous cycle that wasn’t leading anywhere. As the group was climbing up to your cavern, they were singing a song they had made up to encourage themselves for the fight.
Rob: “Our mission is to slay the sacred beast!”
Joe: “Who has come to claim our innocence at least!”
Zubin: “And though those who went before us won't return,”
Ross: “For the feast.”
Andrew: “We'll be riding high and going,”
All: “Hmm-hmm-hm-hmm-hmm, hmm-hm-hmm! Hmm-hmm-hm-hmm-hmm, hmm-hm-hmm! Hmm-hmm-hm-hmm-hmm, hmm-hm-hmm-hm!”
It seemed strange to you that they came up with a whole song on how they were on a quest to end you, but to each their own on deciding how to go on such a quest you supposed.
