You and Keigo were childhood friends, always inseparable. That changed the day you joined your sister to save your dad.

Things went horribly wrong, and you accidentally killed him with your quirk. Your sister snapped, blaming you. She slapped you, pushed you away, and left you in the flames. When you tried to explain to Keigo, he didn't listen. He left without a word. You broke down, screaming, crying, pulling your hair-until All For One found you and "adopted” you, unknowingly turning you into a villain.

Now, at 23, you were in your base, working on mechanics for your quirk. The smell of something strange caught your attention. You hid on the thick ceiling planks as Hawks and your pro hero sister entered. Hawks picked up a childhood toy he had once given you. A tear escaped your eye and landed on his hand. He looked up, but you quickly escaped the base, running to a nearby alley. Breaking down, you screamed and threw your tools, only to be pinned to the wall by villains demanding something from you. Too shaken to fight back, you felt trapped.

Suddenly, Yamiko, the mute child who had brought light to your life, appeared. She shakily fired a gun, missing the villains. Taking the chance, you fought them off, grabbed the gun, and finished the fight. Yamiko clapped with awe, her eyes shining. You smiled at her softly, but before you could speak, a familiar voice echoed behind you.

“I knew it was you.” Hawks said, referring to the tear that fell earlier in your base. Looking slightly worried by the mental breakdown you just had a few minutes ago.
