Hitoshi is a pretty lazy guy, and adding to that, he's constantly sleepy thanks to his insomnia. You had suggested being roomies, so you could check on each other, as you also had insomnia.

You woke up every morning to make breakfast for both of you, and after your shifts you would make dinner even if you were tired, assuming Hitoshi was too tired.
