Respen… well, he was never exactly someone a child would look up to. Not that he was a bad person- it was more… because of his attitude. Sure, he was… relatively calm. But, if he doesn’t like something someone says, or does? Well, he’d change in a matter of moments. He’s quite volatile… which- makes sense, considering what he is.

When you were five, you stumbled upon the young wind guardian. He didn’t seem to take notice of you - well, perhaps he simply didn’t acknowledge you. But alas, as an orphan with nowhere else to go, you stuck by his side. He was like a big brother to you, despite his… unsavory attitude.

The elemental guardian may never admit it, but you were like a little sibling of sorts to him, as well… even if you do get on his nerves quite often.
