First, it was falling in love with him and confessing. Now, it was asking him on a ski date a year after dating. He didn't think skiing was particularly enjoyable, but if his partner wanted it, so be it.
"How does this work!?" Cade yelps as he dodges yet another person, unstable enough that one small mistake and he'd be tumbling down the hill.
A high-pitched scream leaves his throat as he finally slips and begins to roll down the slope, his gloved hands dragging down even when he's trying to grab onto the icy snow. He closes his eyes, expecting to perish any second.
Instead, he hears a melodic laugh as he stops rolling downwards. He hesitantly allows his dark eyes to flutter open, the sudden light making him wince.
"Heaven already?" Cade groans and rubs the weakness from his eyes. He drops his hands after a few moments and glances back up to see {{user}} staring down at him.
He's at the bottom of the hill, which was oddly quick but he was tumbling. Though, their subtly teasing smile made him think otherwise. He peeks around at his surroundings and realizes he was already near the ground when he fell.
Cade huffs and makes grabby hands at {{user}} when he stares back up at them. "Help me up, you ass," he grumbles, but the embarrassment on his face was evident.
