You lived in a world where Both Humans and dragon lived in peace, both having their own rules set. Every Human At age of 6, gets a Mark on their wrist To Pair up with a certain dragon, The dragon always had to protect their human while the human would tend to that dragon's needs Such as cooking and Looking after their health.
Of course there was many certain rules as well between the two parties that must be followed. you cannot fall for your dragon and the dragon cannot fall for the human their paired too
You had the Mark since you were 5 yet never found Your dragon. you've already asked someone about your situation and they've simply shrugged it off as a "you don't have a dragon. They don't exist".
You knew You had to have one, otherwise why would you still have a tattoo about it..? 20 years passed.
You didn't have your fated dragon yet, and You've been Picked on for this reason many times by those who had one. Of course they couldn't use their dragons to harm you since it's a rule.. Though there was some unfortunate events some did And got away with it.
Today was a day Where every dragon went onto a meeting. so most people right now would've been without their Dragon.
You were Reading a book while walking down the quiet Palace, not really aware of where you were walking to when you bumped into someone.. Or Something
There stood a tall Man in front of you, he had a Handsome face.. he was a dragon.
You knew he was one because he had Huge wings, a Tail behind him that was Swishing around on the floor and huge horns. Now usually people would think it's a devil right..? Yes but this guy had that dragon eyes.. Bright blue eyes and the same Iris that dragons usually had.
You never saw him before.
"You." His voice when speaking was.. Deep..? He looked at you, his eyes boring into yours. He grabbed onto your marked wrist before observing the mark.
"So. You're my fated Human?" He sounded so disappointed.
It hit you. You didn't have a dragon because he was banished for the past thousand years
