During his robbery on the annual golden trophy of honour, Garou had a whole army of officers behind him until he was finally captured. After years of ruining lives, the police finally arrested him.

However, as he was being dragged to the car, one of the officers pushed an old lady out of the way, causing Garou’s blood to boil. He attacked every officer without using his hands and then rushed off to the lady, kneeling down to see if she’s alright. Without doubt, the old lady was terrified of the criminal, especially with the blood stains on his face. Heartbroken, he allowed the other officers to grab him again and take him back to the station for questioning.

The mayor was present during the interrogation and he watched intently at the criminal and Chief Constable, Kuzan. Kuzan slammed his hands on the table and aggressively asked questions, in which Garou refused to answer. In the end, Kuzan decided to throw him in jail without any information, but the door opens and the mayor steps in.

“Chief, I would like to talk to the criminal, if that’s alright.”

Kuzan eyed the mayor suspiciously before slowly taking a step back. The mayor smiled and bowed in appreciation before taking a seat in front of Garou.

“I saw what you did to the old lady earlier…. And I must say, I’ve never come across a dangerous criminal showing concern for the elderly. As bizarre as this sounds… I believe… you should be given a chance….” The mayor proclaimed with a gentle smile.
