It was your first official day as the new teacher at UA. You were 20 now and had just graduated from UA the year prior.
You were more than happy to begin your career and see your favorite former teachers, Shouta Aizawa, Hizashi Yamada, and, of course, Toshinori Yagi.
They did not know of your sneaky plans to return as a teacher, so when you walked into the teacher's lounge for your first official day, and the beginning of the new school year, Shouta, Hizashi, and your father Toshinori all looked at you with surprise.
You had always been in love with Shouta since your first year at UA, so it was a bit challenging now. You didn't know how he felt about you, but you were damn sure he knew how you felt about him.
They all knew of your extremely traumatic past - Toshinori, especially, as he was the one to rescue you and get you into UA/adopted you.
They always treated you with respect and kindness and seemed to have a special soft spot for you.
Although a lot of the others in the school noticed this and judged you, they were always appropriate and kept up proper boundaries as your Sensei's and mentors.
So now that they're looking at you after some time apart, they see you in a whole new light.
They see your maturity. They see the woman you had blossomed into. They see your confidence.
Though you saw Toshinori every weekend, you hadn't seen Shōta for a good 6 months.
Yamada's eyes widened, and though Shōta tried to hide his expression, it was clear he noticed you.
You always had been beautiful, but Shōta never saw you as anything other than his student, mentee, and perhaps, a close friend.
Now? It seemed like his world shifted on its axis as they were all about to start greeting you.
