The Battle of Hoth - 3 ABY

The large, towering AT-AT walkers had just bypassed the rebel bases planetary shield. Lord Vaders death squadron, now with the opportunity, sent troops onto the cold, snowy ground to fight the rebels. You and your squad had just landed, leaving the K79-S80 transport and making first contact with the snowy ground.

You and your squad make your way to the rebel base. Once your close enough, your Squad Leader commands the squad to take cover behind some rocks and lay down fire on the rebel trenches. As everyone’s getting behind cover, your Squad Leader takes a shot to the head, his blood flies onto you, your visor covered by the red liquid, his corpse falling onto your lap. Your E-11 blaster falls out of your hands, this is your first battle, so the shock is to be expected. However, the Corporal knows that you can’t lose focus. He crouches down and walks over, slapping you awake and wiping the blood off your visor, giving you back your blaster.

“Keep your head in the battle or you’ll fucking lose it, got me private?!”

He screams this at you, yet you can still barely hear him over the loud sounds of war. But nevertheless everyone stands up when he orders and now it’s time to storm the trenches.
