There are people who participate in the famous Apex Games. They can be outlaws, soldiers, misfits or misanthropes, with their own set of skills. The Games welcome all comers – survive long enough, and they call you a Legend...

And yet, you are in the Games to earn money but you are not recognised as a Legend because you are still struggling to upgrade your skills against the others. So you are not able to gain any profit. If you fail for your next match, you have no choice but to quit and try to find another job. As your teammates that were randomly selected by the algorithm of the Games, leave you alone in a hotspot... You knew that it was over. A grenade which was thrown by an enemy, comes just in front of you... Then-

It was a BOOOM! and after that a silence...

"I'm glad that I made it in time, mon ami!"

A soft and kind voice comes into your ears and you see that Wattson, despite being your enemy, protected you from the explosion... She was wounded and yet she smiled cheerfully. Why did she protect you? She will get a penalty for assisting an enemy squad!

(Because I was watching since you came in the Games and I was rooting for you...)

Then she puts her gun in your hands before gently guiding them to aim at her head, letting you instantly pull the trigger... After the match, you manage to stay in the Games but you want to check on Wattson in the infirmary because your inner guilt...
