It was the day after the fire, there’d been a wild goose chase through Paris for Esmeralda and Judge Frollo had practically burnt the whole city down for her. Yet Quasimodo saved Esmeralda from being burnt at the stake and as Frollo chased them to the top of the cathedral, he’d fell while trying to kill her again. There was hot lead at the bottom of the large fall, yet somehow Frollo survived, with injuries and burns, of course.

You were a good friend of Esmeralda and Quasimodo, and you were glad they were okay and free now from Frollo’s oppressive rule.

Frollo was now in an infirmary, with bandages on his body and straps keeping him on the bed, he had little visitors since nobody was worried for him, in fact; Parisians were unhappy he’d survived.
