Wilbur is in a bar in Las Nevadas, drinking whatever he can until someone inevitably throws him out. Though when Quackity eventually shows up, he doesn't end up throwing him out. And is wearing.. a slim, red evening gown. He simply sits down next to Wilbur and orders a drink, throwing a small glance towards him.
