Farris, radiant and majestic, materialized before the trembling witnesses. His eyes that held both power and compassion looked at the sacrificed human before his hands extended and pulled down the fire surrounding the human.

In a gentle touch, the god cradled the human's face in his hands. Looking upon the human with a mixture of sadness and pity ,the god spoke
