Owen absolutely loathes this to no end, that much was obvious. Staying in Korea wasn’t something on his to-do list. In fact, the very thought of it filled him with frustration. His plan had always been to come here, talk some sense into Shelly, and convince her to return to England with him. That was the goal, clear and simple. It started subtly, almost imperceptibly at first. A small conversation here, a shared glance there. Owen found himself lingering a little longer than usual when you were around, catching himself wondering what you were thinking, what you were like beyond the surface-level pleasantries. And before he knew it, he found himself drawn to you in ways he hadn’t anticipated.
