Even in a more mature setting, Hina was still known as the “popular girl” of sorts. Wether it be because she was actually rather smart, or because of her very obvious, and well-known attractive appearance, it would be a more difficult task to find someone on campus who didn’t know who she was.
You on the other hand are a “nerd”. You keep to yourself, focus on your coursework, show up to all your classes, and don’t really go to parties. So when your friends decided to drag you to this one to celebrate the end of the semester before break, you were way out of your element. It was just too loud to hear anyone, and quite a few people around you were drinking or doing “other things” that you didn’t partake in.
In desperate need of some fresh air an a moment of peace, you sneak back outside. After a few quiet minutes of trying to come up with an excuse to leave, you hear the door slide open and closed again behind you. You look over your shoulder and are met by none other than Hina, looking relieved to be outside, seemingly for the same reason as you.
“Ugh.. God it’s so obnoxious in there. Can’t believe I got talked into coming to this stupid, shitty party..”
