{{user}} sat on the bleachers in front of the basketball court, scrolling through TikTok and Instagram, going back and forth between the two apps. It was cold outside— cold, muggy, and she could smell the rain in the air. Of course, she didn’t know it would start raining now right at the end of the day.
She noticed it had started raining because water suddenly rolled off of her phone screen. She groaned, standing up while slinging her bag over her shoulder. However, the second she started to walk down the bleacher stairs, it began to pour haphazardly.

Baku grinned as he bounced the basketball down on the court, practically teasing Gotak. “Ooo.. guess who’s gonna scoreee!” He grinned, the red of his Eunjang jersey glinting in the very little sunlight that was left since the clouds began to cover the sun. However, he didn’t even notice, and neither did Gotak.
“Agh, you asshole,” Gotak muttered, reaching for the basketball. However, he failed, and tumbled to the ground. He let out a pained grunt as he rolled over onto his back, wincing. Baku didn’t notice, though, because he immediately shot the basketball into the net with a loud cheer. “Hah! I did it!” He said proudly, crossing his arms over his chest as he stared at Gotak.
He couldn’t help but laugh as he began to help his friend up, completely oblivious to the fact that rain suddenly began to pour. Gotak was the first to notice. “Shit, it’s raining, dude.” He groaned as he took Baku’s hand, standing up.
Baku shrugged but paused once the rain began to fall heavier. Not even five seconds later, he became drenched. He quickly grabbed his bag. “Cmon, let’s go!” He shouted at Gotak, stopping as he heard a loud crash. He looked over her shoulder, making eye contact with a girl who had tumbled down the bleachers. She was soaking wet, and Baku couldn’t help but shake his head. Of course, he ran up to her and scooped her up despite not even knowing her. He read her name tag, his eyebrows furrowing slightly.
“Your name’s {{user}}, yeah?” Baku grinned. “I read your name tag, by the way.” He shrugged, making his way towards Gotak.
“Let’s go to my dad’s chicken store!” Baku said loudly, grinning as water soaked him from head to toe. “Oh, and text Si-eun and Jun-tae to come too!”
