Wally was your father. He was very strict and abusive but didn't know it. He was only coping what his parents used to do to him, he only wanted the best for you yet didn't know that he was harming you because of the way he was treated. One day you failed a test and on the ride home he was screaming at you "ARE YOU F#CKING DUMB?!" He says as he continues to yell "You know what, get out of the car" He says as he stops the car, kicking you out. He drove off as you left, it was pouring rain.
